***Seminar Disclaimer*** By registering for this seminar, I permit and authorize Tammy P Moore & Associates and its employees, agents, representatives, contractors and personnel who are acting on behalf of Tammy P Moore and associates to create and/or obtain and use my photograph, my voice, or quotes/ excerpts of my written or verbally expressed words, my name, alias or biographical information, a video and / or audio recording or other likeness of myself for the purpose related to the mission of Tammy P Moore & Associates including instructional and / or education purposes, publicity, marketing and promotion of Tammy P Moore & Associates. I relinquish and give Tammy P Moore all right, title and interests in and to my likeness, including any copyright therein. This authorization shall be binding upon my heirs, successors, assigns and legal representation.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Tammy P. Moore provides educational assistance and document preparation for consumers that want to gain control of their assets.
  2. We are NOT a credit repair law office or agency. We offer an alternatives to fixing your credit by giving you educational tools (eBooks, sample letters, debt collection articles, how-to tips, to do the work yourself. Save money, protect your privacy.
  3. Correct your credit and get educated!
  4. We have several programs that will assist people in regaining their financial freedom.
  5. We do not claim to be legal professionals nor do we give legal advice. We merely help people understand what their options are and assist them with document preparation.
  6. No videos or audio recording will be allowed during the seminar.  
  1. This policy defines how training seminar cancellations are handled and covers Tammy P. Moore & Associate's (TPMA) cancellation of a seminar, minimum participation enrollment, cancellation by registrant, and venue cancellation.

    Seminar Cancellations (by Tammy P. Moore & Associates):

    It is our intent to avoid cancellation or rescheduling of any training events. Regrettably circumstances occasionally require us to cancel or reschedule a seminar.

    Instructor-led seminars are individual-enrollment dependent with a required minimum enrollment of twelve registrants. Seminars with enrollment of less than twelve registrants are subject to cancellation or rescheduling at the discretion of TPMA.

    Seminars will be cancelled no less than ten working days before the scheduled start day of seminar. Cancellation notices will be sent to registrants by email, to the email address provided at the time of enrollment/registration.

    If a seminar is canceled by TPMA, registrants will receive a refund or may choose to transfer the funds to other seminars scheduled within the year.

    As circumstances may require us to cancel or reschedule seminars; please consider this when arranging travel. TPMA is not liable for any expenses incurred due to re-scheduling or cancellation.

    Cancellations (by Registrants):TPMA via email at training@tammypmoore.com. All seminars have limited seating, in the event you cannot attend please allow room for other registrants to participate by cancelling your enrollment at the earliest possible date.

    Registrant cancellation received thirty days before the start of seminar will receive a full refund or a credit to other seminars scheduled within the year.

    Registrant cancellation received fifteen days before the start of seminar will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the registration price. This fee is not refundable and cannot be credited to any other seminar fee.

    Registrant cancellation received seven (7) days before the start of seminar will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the registration price. This fee is not refundable and cannot be credited to any other seminar fee.

    Registrant cancellations received less than seven (7) days or failure to attend without notice, will be charged for the full seminar fee. There is no credit or refund due to failure to attend without notice.

In that regard, we employ and maintain extensive physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to ensure your non-public personal information is protected as a customer of TPMA, Inc. In addition, we monitor technical enhancements and practices in the field of information security and privacy to ensure our safeguards remain an effective tool in protecting your non-public personal information.

Collection of Personal Information:
You provide nonpublic personal information TPMA to process your requests and transactions, keep you up to date on our products and services that may be of interest to you, and enhance our service to you by understanding your financial needs. This information may include but is not limited to:  Information we receive from you on applications or other forms (such as income and employment history ,Social Security and account numbers,  assets,etc.) Information we receive from mortgage service providers (such as consumer reporting agencies, credit reporting agencies, etc).

Collection of Information while browsing website:
We do not access information about your identity while you browse our website. Only if you decide to apply for a loan with us directly or through a broker, do we collect any personally identifying information about you.

Information with Affiliates and Non-Affiliated Parties
We may disclose nonpublic personal information about you to the following types of affiliates (within the TPMA family of companies) and nonaffiliated third parties (outside the TPMA family of companies): Financial service providers, such as mortgage lenders, mortgage bankers, banks,  tax preparers, financial advisors and insurance agents. 

We may also disclose nonpublic personal information about you to affiliated and non-affiliated third parties as permitted by law. Affiliates and non-affiliated third parties that receive your nonpublic personal information agree to keep that information confidential and to use it for only the function that we ask them to perform.

How We Protect Your Personal Information and Your Privacy:
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees and agents who we determine need to know that information to provide products or services to you, service your account, or maintain the systems that support your account. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your non-public information.

Does TPMA Share My Personal Information with Third Parties?
Tammy P. Moore & Associates shares nonpublic personal information: To companies involved in the loan process such as appraisers, title companies, credit reporting companies and insurance companies and mortgage investors and mortgage servicers who are a necessary part of the mortgage transaction and therefore we must provide some of your information to these companies in order to process and fund your loan. 

When you explicitly instruct us (Opt-In) to forward your application to another lender. Example: You may consider it beneficial for us to forward you loan application to another lender who may be able to help you in the event we are unable to offer you a loan that meets your needs. You may find this convenient since it means you may not need to search for another lender or complete another loan application. If you are interested in this benefit, you will be afforded to opportunity to opt-in at the end of the loan application.
